Vacuum Impregnation System

The Vacuum Impregnation System developed by us is used in application for applying to the windings and the core/lamination of Electric Motors, Chokes, fan & transformers etc. under vacuum.

• More Solid and rigid winding because the air gaps between coils is removed and varnish reaches all the points in the winding.

Impregnated Chamber :
A system offered is having a round or square chamber Glass wool insulated, oil chamber for heating, easily open able lid and swing bolts for easy to operation. A synthetic 'O' ring is provided for sealing the chamber against leakage. The Chamber also has, Air admittance value, Liquid value at the bottom, piping to the liquid tank. The system is provided with a light and sight glass on top lid, Heaters with thermostat for heating the chamber before liquid is admitted, tray for accommodate special components (Optional)

Panel :
Dial type vacuum gauges, Digital Temperature Indicator, lamp Switches, motor Starter & Switches for heater.

Vacuum Pump :
Vacuum pump (500 LMP) with motor (1HP) or as per requirement, Complete set with pulleys & belts

Frame :
The chambers are mounted on an angle frame on same level. All inter connecting piping, values are provided with this system.

Liquid Storage Tank :
A system offered is having a round chamber without insulation is of the same volume as that the chamber. It is provided with Drain value & Air breather com filling port.
